| The only building with an elevator is located at 3385 Père Lelièvre, where there are about a hundred 1 bedroom apartments. |

| Yes, to new tenants by request. |
| Are your buildings adapted for people who are physically challenged? |
| There is one building that is adapted for people who are physically challenged located at 3385 Père Lelièvre. These are all 1 bedroom apartments with elevator access. |
| What are the floors covered with? |
| There is ceramic in the kitchen and bathroom, carpet in the living area and bedrooms. |
| Do you have storage other than what is in the apartment? |
| Yes, our 1 bedroom and larger units have a storage space in the apartment, outside of the apartment or in the basement. |
| Is a second parking place available? |
| Yes, we can offer a second parking place for a fee of $30 more per month. The second parking place is payable by month and is reserved in case the primary parking spot is not available for other tenants. |
| Do you offer semi-furnished units? |
| Yes we offer semi-furnished bachelor apartments and some 1 bedroom with a fridge and stove. |
| Can we use our own fridge and stove instead of the ones supplied with the bachelor apartment? |
| No, due to the fact that the space is designed to only work with small 24 inch appliances. As well, we cannot store the appliances that would not be in use. |
